Cēsu novada Priekuļos 8. un 9. septembrī, norisināsies reģionālais seminārs tiesnešiem un tiesu sistēmas darbiniekiem par aktuāliem jautājumiem intelektuālā īpašuma tiesību aizsardzībā. Uz semināru, ko organizē Patentu valde sadarbībā ar Eiropas Patentu iestādi (EPO), Eiropas Savienības Intelektuālā īpašuma biroju (EUIPO) un Pasaules Intelektuālā īpašuma organizāciju (WIPO), pulcēsies pārstāvji no Latvijas, Lietuvas, Igaunijas, Polijas un Ukrainas. Lektoru visū būs gan starptautisko organizāciju pārstāvji, gan starptautiski atzīti lektori no Latvijas, Vācijas un Apvienotās Karalistes.
Divu dienu laikā dalībniekiem būs iespēja ne vien uzklausīt starptautisku lektoru priekšlasījumus, bet arī aktīvi iesaistīties grupu darbā, analizējot un risinot praktiskus intelektuālā īpašuma tiesību jautājumus.
A regional seminar for judges and court system personnel on current issues in the protection of intellectual property rights will take place in Priekuļi, Cēsis Municipality, on 8 and 9 September. The seminar, organized by the Patent Office of Latvia in cooperation with the European Patent Office (EPO), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), will bring together representatives from Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland and Ukraine. The speakers will include representatives of international organizations as well as internationally recognized experts from Latvia, Germany and the United Kingdom.
Over the course of the two-day seminar, participants will not only have the opportunity to attend presentations delivered by international experts, but will also actively engage in group work, analyzing and addressing practical issues related to intellectual property rights.
