From November 11, 2022 to April 30, 2023, on Fridays, the basic functions of the Patent Office, including customer services, will be performed remotely. Please note that documents addressed to the Patent Office can be placed in the Patent Office’s mailbox at Citadeles Street 7/70, Riga, on Fridays. They will be registered on Monday, if it is a working day, with Friday's date. It will also not be possible to make face-to-face payments on Fridays.
Taking into consideration the task given by the Cabinet of Ministers at the meeting of 6 September, 2022, to introduce energy-saving measures at state institutions in the heating season of 2022 - 2023, the Patent Office would like to inform about the planned changes in the provision of customer services due to the reduction of energy consumption.
