Service requests
To be submitted:
1) request (in Latvian) for recordal of the change, including reference to registration number of the registration concerned;
2) document evidencing the transfer of rights;
3) power of attorney (where appropriate). -
Receiving of services
The Patent Office shall record the permissible amendments in the Register.
Notice of the amendments made is being published in the Official Gazette.
Notification of the entry made in the Register may be issued and sent to the owner either by electronic means or as a paper version.
