Request a statement or extract from the Patent Register

The Patent Register maintained by the Patent Office shall include information regarding published patent applications, patents granted, European patents after their approval in the Republic of Latvia and supplementary protection certificates. Register entries are published in the official edition of the Patent Office and the current status of industrial property objects can be verified in a database maintained by the Patent Office at the website of the Patent Office, http://databases.lrpv.gov.lv/databases/lv/patent/search. Subject to the restrictions specified in regulatory enactments, any person may become acquainted with the files of the published patent applications and patent registration cases, receive extracts and inquiries from the Patent Register.
