Notifications may be submitted relating to SPCs
- applications for which were filed on the 1st July 2019 or later
- granted before the 1st July 2019 but entering into force on the 1st July 2019 or later.
Notifications relating to these SPCs may be submitted on the 2nd July 2022 or later.
These provisions are not applicable to SPCs which entered into force before the 1st July 2019.
