In this short webinar, you will learn the basics on how to file a .EU domain name complaint against a “cybersquatter” in particular: - the main characteristics of .EU proceedings (as compared to the UDRP), and - the main benefits of filing a case with WIPO in comparison to court litigation You will also hear from EURid (the .EU Registry) on some recent measures they are taking to help preventatively tackle online abuses.
