Fees for legal protection of industrial designs
Excerpt from Regulations No. 723 and Regulations No. 732 of the Cabinet of Ministers, December 15, 2015
If a person files a request for a Patent Office’s service and makes the payment electronically by using the special online form on the Patent Office’s website, he or she has to pay 90% of the fee specified in these regulations.

Designers – individual authors, who are applicants of the design, have to pay 40% of the respective fees.
Designers – pupils, students, persons who have been granted old-age pension or persons with group I or II disability, who are applicants of the design, have to pay 20% of the respective fees.
